What we aren’t:
Peters Procedures isn’t a separate curriculum.
Peters Procedures doesn’t change what teachers teach or how.
Peters Procedures isn’t a character trait of the month.
Peters Procedures isn’t just a set of good ideas to try.

Peters Procedures: is an extremely effective, simple-to-implement Classroom Framework that has been proven to empower both teachers, students, and parents, cultivating discipline, manners and advance academic and personal achievements while creating flourishing learning environments for all.

  • Step One: Teacher/Staff Training
  • Step Two: Teacher/Staff Implements Model in Classroom/School
  • Step Three: Students conduct peer training
  •

Peters Procedures: The Character Foundation Students Need to Succeed is a Best Practices model K-12 framework that uses a pedagogical application to teach students key foundational skills of individual responsibility, academic focus and manners based on high personal expectations, positive reinforcement and behavior modification taught through everyday routines and empowering Procedures.

There are three foundational components, each embedded with focus, self-discipline, and interpersonal skills taught by teachers, student experts and peer coaches and positively reinforced and practiced daily through teachable moments in each classroom school wide.

Through the proven three-step process, students successfully internalize positive behavior habits and practices that set them up for life long success and achievement thus creating a New American Student Culture.

Peters Procedures: The Character Foundation Students Need to Succeed model was successfully tested and piloted for 6 months at a school for severely emotionally and mentally disturbed (ED) children in a state-accredited, nonpublic school.  The learning environment consisted of children displaying a wide variety of behavioral, anti-social/emotional and learning complexities, in a self contained 6th – 12th classroom.

Peters Procedures was successfully test piloted at Juvenile State Prison in Chino, California.
